Usage limits for each service
Once per year.
30km Wrecker Support
In the event that a vehicle covered by the contracted service becomes unable to drive on its own due to an accident or breakdown, we will tow the vehicle to a repair shop or similar location.
Towing is free up to a distance of 30 km.
Flat Tire Assistance
We will replace the spare tire free of charge. However, if it is difficult to replace the spare tire, or if there is no spare tire available, or if emergency repairs are not feasible, we will transport the vehicle to a repair shop by tow truck (within the distance specified by the contracted package).
Jumpstart
In the event of a breakdown due to a dead battery, we will perform a jump start to start the engine.
Applicable only in case of vehicle breakdown, does not cover accidents.

Usage limits for each service
Twice per year.
50km Wrecker Support
In the event that a vehicle covered by the contracted service becomes unable to drive on its own due to an accident or breakdown, we will tow the vehicle to a repair shop or similar location.
Towing is free up to a distance of 50 km.
Flat Tire Assistance
We will replace the spare tire free of charge. However, if it is difficult to replace the spare tire, or if there is no spare tire available, or if emergency repairs are not feasible, we will transport the vehicle to a repair shop by tow truck (within the distance specified by the contracted package).
Jumpstart

Emergency Fuel Delivery
If your vehicle becomes immobile due to running out of fuel, we will provide up to 10 liters of gasoline or diesel free of charge.
Extrication/ Winching Assistance
If your vehicle becomes stuck, it will be extricated or winched if it can be safely reached from a passable, established road or thoroughfare.
