These Terms of Use establish the terms and conditions for the annual membership packages of roadside services provided by MARUYAMA Co., Ltd. Please read and understand these terms before using our services.

Article 1: Validity

These Terms of Use become effective at 00:00 on the day following the package purchase. The validity period of the package extends from the day following purchase until the end of the month one year later.

Article 2: Service Contents

The following services are provided under these Terms of Use:

[Light Pack]

• Battery jump-start service: Once per year • Spare tire replacement service for flat tires: Once per year

• Towing service to repair shop (up to 30km free): Once per year

Light Pack services are applicable only for vehicle breakdowns. Accident-related incidents are not covered

[Comfort Pack]

• Battery jump-start service: Twice per year

• Spare tire replacement service for flat tires: Twice per year

• Fuel supply service during long-distance travel when out of gas: 10L per year

• Towing service to repair shop (up to 50km free): Twice per year

• Towing service for accidents not covered by insurance (up to 50km free): Twice per year

• Assistance for wheel-off or stuck situations (single wheel extraction free): Twice per year

[Premium Pack]

• Battery jump-start service: Unlimited

• Spare tire replacement service for flat tires: Unlimited

• Fuel supply service during long-distance travel when out of gas: 10L per service, unlimited times

• Towing service to repair shop (up to 100km free): Unlimited

• Towing service for accidents not covered by insurance (up to 100km free): Unlimited

• Assistance for wheel-off or stuck situations (single wheel extraction free): Unlimited

• Japanese interpretation service for contacting insurance companies in case of accidents (8:00-22:00)

Article 3: Service Usage Confirmation

• When using services, identification may be required to verify the contractor’s identity.

• Before providing fuel supply service, we will confirm that the engine cannot start.

• Assistance for stuck or wheel-off situations is limited to public road driving only. (Rescue during racing or off-road driving is not covered)

• Single wheel-off from the road will be handled free of charge.

• For two or more wheels off the road or stuck situations other than on roads, additional work fees will be charged for extraction.
